A refrigerator that stops cooling can’t wait until next week. We diagnose and repair the most common failures — dirty condenser coils, failed condenser fans, faulty thermostats, defrost problems and worn door seals — usually in a single visit. Sealed-system refrigerant work is quoted separately after diagnosis.
Typical repair range: $150 – $400. High-end built-ins like Sub-Zero are priced on diagnosis.

Loud spin cycles, drums that won’t turn, water that won’t drain, dryers running cold — these are the most common calls we get, and most have well-understood fixes: worn drum bearings, failed motor couplings, blocked drain pumps, broken heating elements and faulty door switches.
Typical repair range: $120 – $320. Drum bearing replacement, the most common washer repair, typically runs $150–$250.

Dishwasher repair
Dishes coming out dirty, standing water in the bottom, leaks onto the kitchen floor, or a unit that won’t start. Common causes include clogged spray arms, failed drain pumps, worn door gaskets and faulty float switches.
Typical repair range: $110 – $280.
Cooking
Oven, range & cooktop repair
Ovens that won’t hold temperature, burners that won’t light, broilers that quit and control panels that stop responding. We repair gas and electric units, including bake element replacement, igniter replacement and thermostat calibration.
Typical repair range: $120 – $300. Wolf and other professional-style ranges are priced on diagnosis.

Built-in and over-the-range microwave repair, garbage disposal repair and replacement, and standalone or in-door ice maker service. For countertop microwaves we’ll tell you honestly when replacement makes more sense than repair.
